Bill Ayers Paintball Leadership

Community Leadership Series
Few have made as much of a contribution to the sport of paintball as Bill Ayers of LND Paintball. Through local paintball tournaments, the CEO of LND Paintball has been promoting sportsmanship and good conduct.

Bill has now run a total of three paintball tournaments this year including the July 18, 1998 tournament. These beginners tournaments have brought together all levels of paintball players.

Whether you are an avid recreational player, or a tournament veteran, Bill has your number.

Local Toledoans have come together in droves to participate in these events forging long term relationships.

Bill Ayers also works at Action Enterprise and has competed in National Paintball Players’ League tournaments with an amateur team.

“Bill has done so much for the sport locally it is unmeasurable,” said Sami Khan, Editor-in-Chief of The Splatter Times. “Bill is the type of guy who just wants people to become familiar with the sport and have fun,” said Managing Editor Mohammed S. Alo.

LND paintball has brought together youth and adults of all ages to participate in LND activities. “I’d rather have youth getting involved with paintball and spending all their time, energy, and money on paintball rather than getting into drugs,” said one participant later indicating that paintball gave him a high.“I love these tournaments. This is the most fun I have ever had at paintball,” said Ryan Valle of Perrysburg who played for the Musketeers in the first LND tournament.

The Splatter Times encourages this type of community initiative and involvement. We’d like to thank Bill for all the wonderful work he has done and hope that the LND train doesn’t stop chugging.
