Stub Nose Barrel Review on Tippmann A-5

Introducing another barrel from the makers of the Compression Barrel. End Game brings to the table a little barrel called the Stub Nose Barrel for the Tippmann A-5. Not a bad deal for a price around 35 dollars and man is this barrel short! With a length of about 3 inches this barrel makes the A-5 look and feel tight. Getting into the tightest position for a quick snap shot has never been easier for a Tippmann owner.

The Stub Nose is a cool barrel for those that play tight games in urban settings and indoor arenas. Having tested this barrel for accuracy, I found that with a good paint to barrel match the Stub Nose was great for a close 30 to 40 foot snap shot, but lacked slightly in the long-range shots; not bad for those tight quarter games. Having been involved in a lot of indoor games myself, I can honestly say that this barrel would be great for those close encounters that a standard length barrel might have impeded.
