The Tippmann Pro-Lite is perhaps the most used paintgun ever made. Practically every field uses them as rentals, although some have changed over to the Prolites cousin, the 68 Carbine. The Prolite is a very nice, durable, semi-automatic gun that will not give you any hassles. It is very simple to use, one simply pulls the trigger, and paintballs shoot out. There are no gimmicks or strings attached. This is an excellent gun for the beginner and sells for around 230 new with most of the accessories. It can shhot liquid CO2 and hence works well in colder weather. It comes in a black finish and is quite upgradeable. I have seen double finger triggers, expansion chambers, remotes, and all sorts of other goodies. I have even seen one that was anodized.
